Here are the details on how we achieve fantastic results for every customer:

Initially: Assess Your Situation:
When we first arrive, we take a look at the type of carpet you have and the types of stains or odors in the carpet, which dictates the products and equipment we are going to use to give you the very best result. We don’t have a one size fits all philosophy, as each customer's need is different.

Now we are ready to begin the cleaning process.

Step 1: Pre-Spray Your Carpet:
Depending upon the situation and the type of carpet will determine the type of product we use to pre-spray your carpets. We vary our product chemistry according to the needs of the carpet we are cleaning and, in many situations, we will customize the chemistry of several products to attack any stains or odors we find in the carpet. It’s not just carpet cleaning, it’s science. All of our products are also designed to boost the cleaning ability and start to work on softening the carpet fibers to initiate the cleaning process, not to mention, they smell amazing.

Step 2: Agitate Your Carpet Fibers:
Agitation is key to getting the cleanest and softest carpets. This crucial role allows for more effective removal of dirt, debris, and stains. Additionally, it helps to break up stubborn stains and allows for better penetration of cleaning agents. How we agitate the carpets depends upon the situation and which equipment we are going to use to clean your carpets. If your carpet is heavily matted, is severely stained, or has major odor issues, we may use our CRB. Often times we will use this during the pre-spray process in conjunction with our Bonzer, as it provides additional assistance in agitating and loosening soil attached to the carpet fibers. If we are using our 360i to clean your carpets, agitation is already excellent so we may not need this in our initial steps.

Step 3: Cleaning and Rinsing Your Carpet:
Finally, it's time to actually clean your carpets. Whether we are using our 360i or Bonzer, we are accomplishing multiple steps at the same time. While the equipment is scrubbing your carpet we are also using another product, which is providing an additional cleaning and also rinsing the initial cleaning agents. Again, this is science in action. Cleaning agents are acidic and can leave an alkaline residue, which attracts dirt and can cause re-soiling, browning, yellowing and a sticky residue. We don’t want this to happen, so dropping the pH and thoroughly rinsing your carpet is essential to ensuring you have the best carpet cleaning you’ve ever had. While the scrubbing and rinsing are happening, we are also double extracting to remove any moisture that is left in your carpet

Step 4: Grooming and Detailing Your Carpet:
Once your carpet is cleaned of the dirt, grit, grime, stains and odors we give it our final finishing touches. Our CRB takes center stage during this process. Grooming your carpet is important for more reasons that you can imagine. Science is again at the forefront during this final step. Our CRB works in conjunction with the chemicals and equipment we use to clean your carpets allowing those products we’ve used to continue working long after we are gone. It enhances the encapsulation process, lifts the nap of your carpet fibers and significantly reduces drying time.

Step 5: Your Carpet Dry-Time
This is the greatest news for any of our customers - 4 to 8 hours. Once we finish the process of cleaning your carpet, you'll notice it is simply damp to the touch and can be walked on immediately. Because of the equipment, products and grooming process we use, your carpet dry-time is minimal.
