Tile is durable and long lasting, which makes it a popular choice for floors, walls, and other surfaces, but the grout doesn't last forever. In fact, it’s typically the grout that show its age by chipping, cracking or coming loose. New grout can take that old and tired looking surface and make it look brand new.

Covering up the grout with new grout does not work. Re-grouting is a two-step process by which you first remove the hardened old grout and replace it with new grout.

After the regrouting of your tile, Mr. B's will protect it by sealing it. This keeps your grout from getting stained, makes it easier to keep clean, and protect its from moisture and mildew.

So before you start tearing out your tile, regrouting your tile will give you the same results, and at a fraction of the cost.
